There might be several reasons but please make sure you are using client version 2.00 when trying to login. (You can download it from our webpage here). Check the login.cfg file and see if you have the correct IP and port configured. Did you enter the correct username and password? They are the same as on the webpage. If we accepted your player account you have to wait max. one hour, then your account should work on the shard. (the shard account database will be recreated every full hour). If you lost your password create a new one here. Did you install the 2D or 3D version of UO? You will need the 2D Version!
