Thanks to Ferial's support, a new version of the player manual has been released today. The new version now contains a detailed description on how the new property-management system works.
This release means that there's no further bugs been found on buying/selling player homes and you're now all welcome to use the system to buy or sell property in your city. The manual thus holds a most detailed description, of how this is best done.

Please find the corresponding description within the town section of the manual, specifically along the description of the town banker (which in game will be the npc responsible for managing property purchases.)
