Bug Database now restricted

Due to spam entries in the bug database, I was forced to restrict the bug database to authorized player accounts only.

This means, that unless you have a player account, you will no longer be able to post bugs, nor browse the bug database.
I hope this meassure will help to keep the bug database clean thus enabling developers to quickly and efficiently trace and fix bugs.
